2. Intellectual Property
All finalized structural assets, custom frontend application layers, branding tokens, and analytical architectures generated by Saturn Media are exclusively proprietary to Saturn Media until the financial obligations encompassing the delivery transfer are completely resolved according to invoice dictations. Afterward, the client attains full usage and ownership of the specific tangible deliverables.
3. Performance Liability
Case studies explicitly represent historical successes utilizing complex ecosystems designed by Saturn Media but do not guarantee replicable metrics. All marketing scales individually per niche latency and internal sales conversions.
4. Agreement Revisions
Saturn Media may modify these terms at our sole discrepancy without extended notice outside our core active client base. Continuing to access our active services denotes agreement with all modifications enclosed.
